Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost. Failure to attend your appointment without notice (a no-show) will result in the full treatment cost being charged. By booking an appointment, you authorise Smoove Beauty to charge your saved payment method in accordance with this cancellation policy. If a payment is declined, any future bookings may be refused until the outstanding balance has been paid.
