Information we collect
When you book an appointment or contact us, we may collect:
●Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
●Appointment details, including the treatments booked and your appointment history.
●Information you provide on consultation and patch test forms, including relevant health
information such as allergies, skin conditions, medications and pregnancy status.
●Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider and not stored by us.
●Photographs of treatment results, but only where you have given separate consent.
●Messages you send us by email, phone, text or social media.
When you use our website, we may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser
type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
To provide your treatments and manage your bookings. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
To carry out consultations and patch tests and to keep you safe during treatment. Because this involves
health information, our legal basis is your explicit consent, and the information is necessary for the
provision of health and beauty services.
To contact you about your appointments, including reminders and changes. Legal basis: performance of a
contract.
To meet our insurance and legal obligations, including keeping treatment records. Legal basis: legal
obligation and legitimate interests.
To send you marketing emails or messages about offers and new treatments, but only if you have opted
in. Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw this at any time.
To improve our website and understand how it is used. Legal basis: consent for non-essential cookies.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
●Wix.com Ltd, which hosts our website and provides our online booking system. Your booking
details, contact information and client records are stored securely within Wix Bookings. Wix acts
as our data processor and you can read their privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy.
●Our payment processor, which handles card payments securely. We do not store your card
details.
●Our email marketing provider, if you have subscribed to marketing.
●Our insurers or legal advisers, where necessary.
●Any authority we are legally required to disclose information to.
All providers are required to keep your information secure and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Some providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards
such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy decisions are in place.
How long we keep it
Consultation and treatment records are kept for seven years after your last appointment, as required by
our insurance. Records relating to under-18s are kept until their 25th birthday.
Financial records are kept for six years for HMRCpurposes.
Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Website analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.
Photographs are kept only for as long as you consent to their use, and are deleted on request.
How we keep it safe
Paper consultation forms are stored securely and access is restricted. Digital records are held in password-
protected systems. We limit access to your information to those who need it to provide your treatment.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
●Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
●Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
●Ask us to delete your information, though we may need to retain treatment records for insurance
and legal reasons.
●Ask us to restrict how we use your information.
●Object to us using your information for certain purposes.
●Request your information in a portable format.
●Withdraw your consent at any time, including for marketing and for the use of photographs.

Marketing
If you have opted in to marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, by replying
STOP to a text, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing from marketing will not affect appointment reminders
and booking confirmations, which are necessary to provide your treatment.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Essential cookies are needed for the site to function and cannot be switched
off. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent, which you give through the cookie
banner when you first visit. You can change your preferences at any time in your browser settings or
through the cookie banner.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without parental consent. Certain
treatments are not available to under-18s, and where they are, written parental consent is required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at
